TDN are proud to deliver our unique programme to support working women of all backgrounds with career development and wellbeing.
In our fast-changing and increasingly uncertain business landscape, the most successful organisations will be those with a greater diversity of talent at all levels. However, there is much evidence to demonstrate that women face specific barriers and challenges in terms of both career progression and managing the balance between work and domestic responsibilities, that many of their male colleagues do not.
Why for Women?
Having a personal development programme specifically for women isn’t favouring women over men or political correctness. It’s simply an appropriate and effective response to a pressing business issue.
– 1:1 coaching session to identify your goals for the programme and beyond.
– 3 half days workshops over 3 months:
Workshop 1: Qualities of being a woman & career development (Self assessment, Confidence & Developing Your Potential, Identifying Priorities & Removing Barriers)
Workshop 2: Developing a sense of self (Knowing Your Strengths, Developing Your Brand, Networking)
Workshop 3: Managing your performance (Improving your Health & Wellbeing, Work/Life Balance, Making it Happen)
– Developing a personal development plan and an ongoing, supportive network to take you beyond the programme.
