Jersey’s very own, 100% 5* rated Block-Headz is a safe, fun Lego® experience for children aged 5-12… or thereabouts. We are now based at the Ommaroo Hotel, Havre des Pas, St Helier.

Explore, discover, challenge & create in a custom arena with over 200 kilos of Lego®!

Our sessions are on selected Sundays for two hours and cost £10 per child.

Block-Headz kids and their families can also take advantage of a special offer for the Ommaroo’s fabulous Sunday Lunch Carvery – One Block-Headz child eats free of charge per full paying adult! Subject to availability for advance lunch bookings only.

The Ommaroo has a carpark at the rear of the hotel (access from Cleveland Avenue) and Block-Headz will run from Grantley’s Bar & Suite which can be accessed directly from the carpark, please note the barrier will lift for entry but a code is required to exit & can be obtained from Blockheadz on the day or reception.

Run by fully insured expert facilitators with over 30 years combined mainstream teaching experience, Block-Headz will enable your child to become immersed in a creative space, promoting positive communication, spatial awareness, creativity, STEM skills and well-being.

Older children are welcome to be left and collected at the end but we really love it when the grown-ups join in or grab a coffee and a bite to eat at the Hotel. Places are strictly limited per session and pre-booking via our online booking system is strongly advised.

Each session will follow a different theme but also allow for children’s own personal creativity.

DID YOU KNOW? Block-Headz Lego® Parties (suitable for ages 5-11) can also now be booked and hosted at The Ommaroo Hotel including catering, room hire and 1.5 hours of guided, themed Lego® construction play featuring one of our brilliant bespoke display paintings. Our Lego® and other play material is only for use during Block-Headz events and may not be purchased or taken away. All models will be disassembled at the end of the sessions.

Whilst photography of your children’s Lego creation is positively encouraged, we would ask that you do not take photographs of other people’s children. If you do not want your child’s image to be used in any promotional photos please advise us on arrival.

Please ensure that the children in your charge are well enough to attend and do not have any infectious illnesses. If your child has experienced a tummy upset, we would ask that they are symptom-free for 48 hours before the event.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

We don’t recommend our Lego events for the under 5s. We suggest an upper age range of about 13, but we are more than happy for older children to access this event if they really love Lego®. We would be more than happy to accommodate any young person with SEN regardless of age if accompanied by an adult. What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available at The Ommaroo hotel – Access the carpark from Clevland Avenue. For directions please see the Ommaroo website
Alternatively, Havre des Pas is well serviced by buses – please go to for information. Please ensure you reference the Sunday timetable if attending the monthly club!

What’s the refund policy?

We can only offer refunds up to 7 days before the event. This is mainly due to staffing and ratios. Refunds are only possible via Event Brite. Funds are not paid over to us until a few weeks after the event and we can’t process any refunds ourselves.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please bring a printout or have the confirmation on your telephone or device to show us at the door. We will have a list of people who have booked and your ticket will be checked against this list. Places are limited so we cannot guarantee a space unless you have prebooked but will endeavour to accommodate walk-ins wherever possible.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

Yes, if someone has booked on your behalf, as long as you know the name of the person who has booked for you we will be able to validate your ticket.
